Sole E25 Specifications

The Sole E25 has a maximum user weight capacity of 350 pounds, which is great because it means the frame can accommodate a variety of users. Because this Sole elliptical features a 20-inch stride, the E25 will accommodate users up to 6’5” tall and it offers a complete and more natural range of motion. The minimum height of the pedals is 14 inches approximately, which is why it’s recommended your ceiling is at least 25” higher than the users.

The E25 is 70 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 64 inches high, so it will need some space but it’s not the largest elliptical on the series, that honor goes to the E95S and the E98 elliptical which are huge and heavy. Even though the Sole E25 is not huge, it’s still sturdy and it has a frame that will make you feel confident and supported. Plus, it’s a long-lasting machine available at a very affordable price.

This elliptical doesn’t have a foldable frame, so it’s not easy to put away. However, it does feature two transport wheels that make it easy to move around despite how large it is. This means you’ll have no issue finding a spot for it. Even though you’re not able to fold it, you will be able to move it whenever you need to find a new location for your elliptical. Sole Fitness doesn’t disappoint when it comes to specifications, and even though this is an entry-level, affordable elliptical, it doesn’t lack anything.

Sole E25 Monitor

The Sole E25 comes with a 6.5-inch LCD monitor that’s built into the console so you can access the 10 workout programs the elliptical has to offer. 2 of the programs are heart rate programs and they automatically adjust the incline and resistance level to reach the set target zone. 5 of the programs are elliptical classics, such as fat burn, cardio, hill, interval, and strength. And last but not least, you can create 2 custom workout programs so you can have fully customized routines. These routines can be saved in the 1 user profile you can make.

The console supports Bluetooth connectivity, so you will be able to make use of the Sole Fitness app as well as other fitness apps such as iHealth, MapMyRun, Record, and FitBit, among others. Plus, you’ll be able to sync the E25 with your smartphones or tablet so you can use it as a control center as well. The console also includes Bluetooth audio speakers, a USB charging port, and many other accessories.

Even though the E25 is the most affordable elliptical in the Sole E Series, it provides the same workout selection as the other more expensive and complete models. This means the Sole E25 will allow you to reach your fitness goals effectively and it will allow you to reach the fitness level you want for yourself. It also provides heart rate monitoring with wireless chest strap compatibility, and it includes a chest strap as well, and touch pulse sensors built into the handlebars.

Sole E25 Stride and Incline

The stride and incline are perhaps two of the most important features in an elliptical and Sole Fitness know this because they’ve made sure every single elliptical in their E Series provides great stride length and incline to everyone. Even this entry-level elliptical has amazing stride and incline. The Sole Fitness E25 offers a 20-inch stride length. For comparison, you should know most ellipticals at this price range only offer stride up to 18 inches. At this length, the E25 will accommodate plenty of users! Another great feature is the users allow for forward and backward movement during the workout.

The E25 also offers a powered incline with 20 levels to play with and 30 degrees of incline. Usually, an incline of 30 degrees is reserved for more expensive machines, which is why this is such a surprising feature. The incline system on this elliptical is automatic, so you must connect it to a power source if you want to use the incline. Depending on the workout program you go for, the machine will automatically adjust the incline for you.

The incline system can be found at the rear of the elliptical and it has a small motor that will elevate the dual rail system. Unfortunately, the E25 doesn’t feature quick controls so you can choose the incline level at once, it only features controls for gradual adjustment and they’re integrated into the handlebars. You will enjoy quite the challenging workout with this elliptical, no doubt about it!

Sole E25 Handlebars and Pedals

The Sole E25 comes with two sets of handlebars, as it’s common for Sole ellipticals. One set of handlebars if fixed and it’s attached to the console, it also has the pulse sensors built into them. The second set of handlebars are multi-grip and they integrate the resistance and incline controls. Multi-grip handlebars are amazing because they allow you to engage your upper body muscles while you’re working out. They also keep you comfortable in any position you decide to work out in.

The pedals are also outstanding, as is the norm with Sole elliptical machines. The E25 features articulating pedals that are set at a 2-degree inward slope, which reduces stress on your ankles and knees. The pedal trays are heavy-duty and they have a non-slip surface that will allow you to maintain stable and confident. The dual rail system of the pedals offer greater stability and generates a lot more security. Not to mention the rubberized covers will minimize vibration and noise during your workouts.

The 2-degree inward slope of the pedals was designed with the help of a physiotherapist so they provide a more natural alignment as you enjoy your workouts. The E25 is definitely easy on your joints and it protects them very well. The ergonomic design is one of the biggest selling points of the Sole Fitness ellipticals, and the E25 is not an exception. Even for an affordable, entry-level machine, this is quite powerful and complete.

Sole E25 Accessories and Assembly

The Sole E25 is not only packed with features that will get you closer to your fitness goals, it also has plenty of accessories that will support you and allow you to maintain motivation. It comes with an integrated tablet holder so you can safely use your mobile devices while you work out. It also has an accessory tray, Bluetooth speakers, and a USB charging port. For added comfort, you’ll also enjoy a cooling fan and a water bottle holder so you can keep yourself hydrated.

As is common with ellipticals on the market, the E25 will require assembly. The assembly process is straightforward enough but you will need a couple of hours and an extra pair of hands. Sole Fitness provides instructions but they can be a bit complicated to follow because the images are separated from the written instructions. It can be a bit annoying, but it can be done. If you need more visual help, it’s not difficult to find assembly videos online.

The assembly process is not too difficult and you will be able to get it done. However, if you don’t want to, you can always hire professional services for an extra fee. The tools for assembly are provided, so they really thought of everything. Another great thing about the E25 is that it won’t require much maintenance. All you need to do is keep the rails clean and prevent wheel damage.

Sole E25 Warranty, Price, and Shipping

The Sole E25 comes with a complete warranty, as it’s custom for Sole ellipticals. The warranty offers lifetime coverage for the frame, 5 years for parts and electronics, and 2 years for labor. The warranty for the frame is the best you can expect and the rest is pretty average and it’s not often provided for such an affordable machine. You can contact their customer service by calling at 1 866 789 7653 and they’re available from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can also email them at info@soletreadmills.com where they’re available 24/7.

Right now, the Sole E25 is on sale and it’s available for $999.99 on their website. They offer free shipping, which is a nice touch, and they have a 30-day money-back guarantee if there are any issues with the machine. The shipping weight is around 189 pounds, so you may need help bringing it in. As it happens with most ellipticals, it will require assembly, so it will come in pieces.

Overall, the Sole E25 is an amazing option for entry-level users who don’t want to break the bank but still want to enjoy all the features that are mostly expected of premium ellipticals. This machine won’t be missing anything you need and it’s a long-lasting one. It’s super affordable, it will arrive at your doorstep for free, and it won’t be a problem to take advantage of it to reach your fitness goals.
