BEMH Founder (Sayed Hamed Hosseiny)
Hello there, I am Sayed, a former private security contractor, a linguist, and an entrepreneur founder of Italy-based fitness equipment brand, Rock Fitness Pro which imports and deals with spin bikes and rowing machines. Registered as a business/brand owner in the Italian Chamber of Commerce, I am currently settled in the stunning eternal city of Rome where I have access to some of the top-notch machines to see and test myself.
You might be asking why you should trust us or our website. The answer is pretty simple. We have years of experience in both using fitness equipment and writing about them. Hi, I’m Christian. I am a keen rower and coach. I have competed and coached at a competitive standard for well over a decade. I’m based in the United Kingdom and have a wide range of experience when it comes to all things rowing, both on and off the water. I’ve successfully completed at indoor competitions and have spent countless hours on the rowing machine, honing my 2k score. In addition to being a rower myself, I also have a Strength & Conditioning background and have worked with athletes across a range of disciplines in addition to rowers.
